Background:
Over 35,000 golf lessons and counting… John Dahl is from Fargo, ND and is married to his wife Rachel. John has two daughters, Erica and Jeana; Both played Division 1A golf for Iowa State University and the University of Wisconsin. Currently John spends his summer months as the head golf professional at Oxbow Golf and Country Club in Fargo, ND. His winter months are spent in the Phoenix, AZ area at Quintero Golf and Country Club.
John was a four-year letter winner at North Dakota State leading the Bison to the North Central Conference championship in 1973. After college he turned professional. He won over twenty-five pro golf tournaments and participated in the 1984 PGA Championship at Shoal Creek.
For the past 38 years John has been the head golf professional at Oxbow Golf and Country Club in Fargo, ND. Over 50% of his membership has a single digit handicap. During the winter months John has assisted with corporate golf events all across the country, and he has 25 years of experience with Executive Golf Ltd. Notable companies whom John has worked with include Ford Motor Company and Toyota Motor.
Outside of golf John has been an outstanding contributor in the community, he has served on the board of directors for Make-A-Wish Foundation and was named the Lions Club Humanitarian of the Year in 1981.
